Orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 6 hours before the scheduled delivery slot. Cancellations after that window are subject to a 30% preparation charge. If the cake, flowers or plant arrives damaged or substantially different from the description, notify us within 4 hours with a photograph and we will re-deliver or issue a full refund.
